The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper care.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Any personalized, customized, or monogrammed products.
Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event, which will be marked as such.
3. How to Initiate a Return & Refund
Please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@frostbuddyhub.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item: Securely package the item with all original contents and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Notification: We will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method after approval. The timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@frostbuddyhub.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Exchanges
