This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your FrostBuddyHub order will be processed and delivered. Please read the following information carefully to understand our procedures and timelines.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
After processing, your order is handed to our logistics partners. The estimated transit and delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, destination country customs procedures, and carrier availability. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs inspections.

3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship orders worldwide. As the recipient, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of your country. Please be aware that:

  • Your local customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or fees.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

  • FrostBuddyHub has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, or if the package is unclaimed, it will typically be held at a local postal office or returned to our facility. If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you. Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees.

6. Order Tracking & Issues
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 10 business days), or if you have not received your package within a reasonable timeframe past the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@frostbuddyusstore.com with your order number.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations
To cancel or make changes to your order (e.g., shipping address, items), you must contact us immediately at support@frostbuddyusstore.com. We can only modify an order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is in the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
